A damaged crawl space door and frame can pose significant access and safety issues. We rebuilt a new crawl door and frame to provide secure access to the crawlspace, ensuring durability and functionality for this residential property. Additionally, we addressed any pest-related concerns to protect the integrity of the home.

With potential pest issues around the exterior foundation, we implemented a quarterly pest control program using 1/2 gallon of Demand CS at a .03% concentration. Additionally, we inspected the rodent bait stations to ensure their effectiveness, addressing any potential infestations and safeguarding the property from unwanted pests.
